Well MGN every villian has been detained if it were that simple theyd all be on lock down…. still I would love to see her return.. I turned to my bro and said man I hope they dont get rid of her  or metallo…..And I hate how metallo was a little easy to defeat as opposed to superman having to fight his ass off against him… anyway this is one of the better shows on now and probably the best show comming from a comic.. I hope to see more of it…

I think they'd make an exception for an advanced clone of Supergirl.

JLU schedule is changing again. Don't see anything next Saturday. Could be they're airing them as soon as they have batches.

If you check the tv.com link that I provided you'll see the scheduled air-dates for the upcoming episodes, the next being on Oct 8.   😎

The central problem is, that Cartoon Network appears to be blithely ignorant that this series is perhaps the best one in their stable – with story lines that are appealing to both children and adults.  Furthermore, it certainly doesn't help that they've discontinued advertising it in their evening line-up of programs for Toonami – or in general during the rest of the week.  This might reflect a corporate decision to end the series with this season, it being its fifth one – and pushing the Teen Titans in its place.   😥

I might add, Elasti-girl made her appearance last night, too, along with the rest of Doom Patrol in TT.   🙂

Personally, however, I preferred the Giganta scenes in JLU as far as Giantess growth is concerned.   😮

I also have to agree with the reviewers on tv.com – the Skartaris episode was excellent, should have been a two-parter and considering the environment of Sword and Sorcery as a key element of the The Warlord comics, a magical slugfest-showdown between Jennifer and Deimos should have been included.  😉

This is my main gripe with JLU over the previous Justice League series.  I preferred the hour-long episode format to the half-hour.  A LOT of stories could have greatly benefitted from an hour treatment.  The one that upset me the most was the truncated version of "For the Man Who has Everything."  That was an AWESOME story (by the great Alan Moore) that deserved more.

Lots of the half-hour shows are great, don't get me wrong; I [glow=red,2,300]love[/glow] the Booster Gold episode where he had to stop the black hole while everybody else is fighting Mordu

If it this is the last season, I wonder what Bruce Timm and everyone will move on to?  Personally, I would love to see Timm do a version of some Marvel guys, like the FF or the Avengers. But that probably won't happen.

No disagreement with me on that score, I also preferred the longer format, but like I said, CN seems to be unaware of this series's potential.  Also, I came across nothing about a sixth season (someone please correct me if I'm wrong about that fact) to indicate CN plans to continue with the series after the next few episodes make their run.  In addition, they've once again returned to their once a week airing of the program – which in my opinion is incredibly dense on their parts, to put it mildly.

By the way, the episode with Booster Gold is one of my favorates – a real example of character development and perhaps one of the best personal story lines in the series.

There was a superman out a while ago where Flash and Superman raced, comic continium.  The Flash was able to go so fast that he was able to make a temporary copy of himself:  A speed echo.  Superman was not able to do that, so therefore, in that comic, the Flash was faster.  Only slightly, but faster.

As for episodes of JLU, they already showed some episodes with Giganta during the first season.  They also have a male character who can go giant.  I know, but still.

At any rate, want to say, found that the Anime:  Burn up Scramble has a few minutes of giantess in it.  Not a lot, but there is a moment near the end of the sequence which is good.  Episode eight is the one, second dvd.

Dude, Galatea got electrocuted. Eyes-rolled-back-and-twitching electrocuted. And even if she survived, I'm pretty sure the League would go to great lengths to keep her out of commission.

While it is true Galatea got zapped with megawatts of electricity from the Watchtower's power core, I'd expect her invulnerability and Kryptonian(Argonian?) recuperative powers will save her from permanent disability. Since Galatea was originally operating under Cadmus orders(until she went off mission by continuing to pummel Supergirl after being ordered to stand down) the government probably asked the Justice League to had Galatea over to Cadmus, and in the interest of smoothing over lingering bad feelings from the inadvertant Binary Fusion Discharge, the League probably handed her over. I'm sure Cadmus will be giving Galatea a THOUROUGH reindoctrination to make sure she never disobeys orders again(hopefully) and maybe remove that overriding desire of hers to kill Supergirl(though they'd have to walk a fine line with that, just in case they ever have a reason to order Supergirl's death) which was the cause of the problem in the first place.

No need to apologize, you might be surprised at how many fans of female growth also enjoy well written and thoughtfully produced mutual growth / growing couples / giant couples type stories, too.  😎

I'd also like to see a return of Galatea…and since she was wearing a device to give her mental control over the drone Ultimen when she got hit with that electrical blast, I imagine it'd be all too easy for the writers to simply say that the overload that caused the device to break might have also wiped her memory and Cadmus programming, so that she might more readily join the League as a hero.  Not that I've given it any thought…  😉

As far as super-speed goes, I just figure that while both Supes and the Flash are very fast, with Supes there's an upper limit to his speed, where no matter how much he pushes and strains he won't be able to fly/run any faster.  The Flash might have to put in a similar amount of effort to get up to his higher speeds, but I'd think that in Flash's case, there isn't *any* upper limit to how fast he can go.
