I'm looking for puns, specifically puns about weightlifting or muscle, but I'll take anything that has to deal with athleticism in any way.

I especially want to hear from non-writers, as I expect that most of the writers will be wanting to save their puns for their own stories.

Format: Any format will do, from short one-line quips to long, drawn out stories that culminate in a horrific stinker.  Do your worst and try to send me screaming from my console! ;))

Uh, HSC, that's not a pun. ^^;; That's a simile.  A clever one, but still a non-pun.
