    As I understand it, even healthy people can sometimes die from heart attack. Simply the heart stops and there was nobody around to perform CPR. So it’s hard to determine cause of death.

    I met her once, at the Olympia in Las Vegas, probably 2008? I was sitting at a table with John Stutz and she came over to talk to him.

    She was over the top.
