    I would also like to extend a warm welcome. Sarah, while my role on this forum deals primarily with the fantasy/fictional aspect of the attraction and power of muscular women, I certainly hope that you enjoy your time here on these boards and find some form of inspiration to achieve some level of your dreams of physical prowess.

    Hey Sarah, don't worry your secret is safe with us!

    I do believe however, that once enough time passes you will find the courage to pursue what it is you desire.  It's always difficult to reveal to the family, but considering that you'd only be revealing a desire for muscle over say something a bit more taboo, you're in good shape.  No pun intended!
