    Hey fellas I cannot see the files my media player doesnt support it. would any of you know which codex or file i need to view the group avi's?  thanks

    Great progress!  You can really see the difference in the size of your arms over the last 3 months in the video at your yahoo site.  Keep up the good training!

    Ditto here. Tried a number of apps with no love. Alisa or someone else – any chance of transcoding it?

    Alisa,

    You may not be aware, but there is no intel video 5 codec for mac os x. In future, if you have access to other encoders maybe you'd consider using those? It's the only widespread codec for which there is *no* mac solution that I'm aware of…

    I'm told that it's best to encode as QuickTime with Sorenson3 for video files to make it the most compatable.
