There was a comic spoof a couple years ago called "Charlene Atlas" —
where a skinny guy went to the beach with his girlfriend, only to have
a bully kick sand in his face. Frustrated, he orders the Charles Atlas muscle building kit, but is too lazy to use it. A year later, he returns to the beach, encounters the same bully, but this time watches as his girlfriend, powerfully muscled from using the Charles Atlas kit, kicks sand in his tormentor's face.

So lets see a "Charlene Atlas" then — a proud young female bodybuilder kicking sand in some hapless geeks face  ;D
