The only "The Cure" I know is a rock group.
Thanks for your help.

ParticipantI just watched it on YouTube. It is awesome. She-Hulk looks pretty darn good, and the animation is a helluva lot better than last week's Namor episode.

ParticipantHmm, it was an alright episode. Still think Hard Knocks was better. The plot is okay, but the action scenes still have no bite to them; weak sound effects, slow pace, and little impressivness. Could have learned a thing or three from JL/U on this aspect.

ParticipantThanks for the heads up, it would be nice to have something different on that channel.
Side note: Cartoon Network used to be more up my alley, when they had Samurai Jack and the Clone Wars series on regularly. Nowadays, I might catch Teen Titans if it's not a first season repeat, but that's about it. Why don't they just call it the anime channel? (Unless there already is one)
Actually, there is an Anime Network.

ParticipantHis influence is he wrote the episode.
As to her not being big enough… well, she certainly wasn't as muscular as she could have been (especially upper body – where she wasn't a patch on the 90s incarnation) but hey, it's her first appearance and transformation in over 10 YEARS… so, I don't think one can afford to fuss.
Perhaps my one regret is that she only appears properly halfway through but I think they at least did a decent job with her height… she clearly towers over Reed et al in the shot just after the interview.
I loved both of Jen's TFs really. I thought, for Cartoon Network, that first one was pretty good. Not overly muscular like I like her but you could see the clothes bursting, which I loved best. My only complaint echoes Tenebrae's. She's forever a secondary character because you can't really do a good job of working the She-Hulk split-personality psychology on TV.

ParticipantShe's not really a split personality, though… even during her Savage years that was a somewhat dubious distinction and if they could manage to do it for the Hulk, I think they could manage it for She-Hulk. The problem is simply that there is little interest in something like that because she's not popular enough to warrant her own cartoon series (barring some miracle).

ParticipantI caught the beginning of the Namor episode to see what the series was like… I'm glad (thanks to Lingster's vid snaps, very gracious to share those) to see that the Shulkie episode has better art.
If I had any talent at art whatsoever, I'd do a computer animated Shulkie series… *sigh*June 18, 2007 at 1:42 pm #40644gettar82

ParticipantI see that CN has stopped airing FF again. Does anyone know when it will return to the airwaves?
