I, too, still speak with her on occaision.  Though I don't agree with everything she says, I still respect her (I don't approve of war, and she's in the military, but I still respect her choice) and understand that she's someone who speaks her mind and is not one to sugarcoat things.

But regardless of how you feel about her, I think it's best that this community moves on.  She's been gone for, like, a month, and people are still talking about her.  You didn't like her, now she's gone.  It's over.  Even if she was as bad as you said (Which I don't think she was, but still), it's all in the past, and we should move on with our lives rather than continue to harp on a dead issue.
