Okay, this topic requires some explanation: most stories involving FMG have a sexist guy in them. Said sexist guy makes a comment to the female character that says her gender will never be as strong or muscular as a man. The female character takes offense and sets out to prove him wrong. Given the nature of the story, she ultimately succeeds and sometimes become superhuman. This is a pretty generic plot and a generic exchange but variations of it have been used between boyfriend and girlfriend, husband and wife, brother and sister, even mother and son for fmg stories all over. In my experience, such debates don’t occur in RL, but do they? Have any of you ever known a female relation or acquaintance to get into arguments with someone of the opposite gender or otherwise and bulk up because of it? I’d love to hear some of these stories as long as they’re true.

I’m not sure that they do. From what I’ve read in RL for most women who bulk up, is that they were into athletics or wanted to build confidence and that their bodies were naturals at building muscle. Some examples include Shannon Courtney, Julia Vins and several others. But as to some one guy making a comment about that, I don’t know and have read no story in RL where that occurs.

Not in my experience. None of the women that I’ve ever trained with,
or I that know that are serious about working out, have ever expressed that sort of thing.
