    she is a former gymnast best remembered for her soap opera app. she now has a show on hallmark channel. very impressive flexes!!!!! can’t seem to download them if anyone can. please share. 🙂

    Great find! It is still a bit disappointing that she reflectively says how manly her arms are, but it is also wonderful that her male co-host says how great and athletic her arms are. We need more spokesmen like him.

    The good thing is that he is encouraging her. Too many times are women chastized for having muscles. So good for him to continue encouragement, maybe she’ll change her mind.

    Absolutely – she obviously lacks confidence in her body, and I’m afraid I’m putting the blame on society as a whole.

    So the real question is how do you get a woman that has a visible bicep
    Be not afraid of having muscle?

    Except for ppl in the muscle industry,..girls are not excited bout attention brought on by flexing
    Members even on this forum think bodybuilders have too much&look manly

    Society as a whole view MUSCLES as = MANLY
    That mentality needs to change but how?
