ParticipantCan she regain consciousness in time? Is there any hope for her? Who knows?

ParticipantNice work… although it looks more like Pumpmonger's character "Red".
And if it is, then the answers to your first two questions are most likely "no" :o. Poor woman gets killed every other day, it seems.

You're right Dave!
Nice work on the one where the jungle Amazon is lifting Red Sonja- it looks like two different models, with differing musculature- nice touch!June 19, 2008 at 8:31 am #71895Number6

So…she's like an Aeon Flux of the jungle? 😉
I just had to ask…there's not enough Aeon Flux artwork out there. 🙁

I doubt that… :- She looks in serious trouble.
Awesome pieces of work, both of them.June 25, 2008 at 7:26 pm #71897corcarne

Yep, it's her. Though I don't bother too much about the specification. Hey, they're both tough, muscular, sexy redheads. What's there more to say – or wish for? 😉

ParticipantVery nice stuff Corcarne. I think that clinches it for me. With as much time as I spend in a program like photoshop I may as well spend some time in Poser. It seems that with the ability to import settings and such the software can really make anything possible. The background on this scene alone would take me 3 weeks to draw…lol and wouldn't be as good!. I really like the ghoulish little girl in the background. How long does a piece like this take you? How long have you been working with this software?.. Please tell 🙂

ParticipantHang on there SinD, before some assumptions are made.
What Corcarne has failed to mention is that those background you see of the Arenas? Those were not built in poser or photoshop, but rather they were built in a video game called Oblivion by Bethesda softworks.
Take a screenshot without the video game hud in first person, and that's how you get the arena background in photoshop. I know it's the one from Oblivion because I play the sh** out of that game and would recognize it anywhere.
The Poser models are the only thing that are not an Oblivion asset.

ParticipantI stand corrected and believe me ,when a man says he plays the sh** out of a video game I believe him. I have banned my husband from WOW. Those games are like crack! Lol.
Now that you have told me this though I am even more compelled to train in Poser. The creations can be dropped into a video game setting and look like they belong?!!?!?! Good God, they have teams of designers creating those setting, endless backgrounds done for free? I'm sold!
Now someone tell me how long those figures would take after you have a working knowledge of Poser…please. Pretty please. 🙂June 27, 2008 at 5:50 am #71901khuddle
ParticipantWhen I stopped playing WOW, I seriously had withdrawral symptons. For a couple of months I didnt know what to do with myself in the evenings. But my life is a heck of a lot richer and more fulfilling now.
But like any addiction, it really is a lifetime struggle: I have freinds who have bought Age of Conan online and are raving about it. It is an enormous tempation for me, but I really dont want to be caught in that vortex again. -
