Amaz0ns has never tolerated video piracy on this site, and now Amaz0ns will not tolerate female muscle video piracy anywhere.  Effective immediately Amaz0ns will begin tracking those who traffic in pirate in illegally distributed pay site videos.

Please read this recent post on the main site.  Because video piracy diminishes the potential financial return for content producers, it reduces the amount of total new content.  That's an unacceptable outcome. 

This message board thread shall serve as a place for Amaz0ns readers to report instances of pirate content appearing online, from now on.

Im a little bit uneducated on the whole situation, but I do know of like 565632456 yahoo groups that carry certain vids from awefilms (most notably the 2 Herculina vids, theyre all over)
But unless theres a sitename in the video somewhere, its kinda impossible to tell if its pirated or not, least for meh. >.>

If someone is not the copyright holder of a video, than he doesn't have the right to post it anywhere.  Under fair use he may have the right to post frames or brief clips from it, but only for specific purposes and if his actions don't diminish the value of the original work. 

I've met Steve from Awefilms and he struck me as a respectable, down-to-earth family guy.  It's unfortunate that people want to steal from him.

These are the instructions to file a complaint with YouTube when someone posts contact in defiance of your copyright:

I was posting fbb / tall women segments from old tv shows.
I made several announcements of it on other threads….
I did not use any known clips from pay sites…

I had some great tv clips, interviews, etc.
I was going to go deeper into my archives.  Just wanted to share
footage that I captured from Television re-presenting strong women
as a type of archive of sorts.

But out of respect to Lingster, and Copyright issues in general.

I have decided to delete "all" my videos from my YouTube account.

I respect Lingster tremendously, and do not want to step on any toes.

fbbfan, as long as this forum has existed at Amaz0ns, I've had a rotating blurb in the top news section instructing all content posters to familiarize themselves with "fair use" doctrine.  Please do so. 

This is a discussion site.  Posting links to brief clips for discussion purposes that do no injury to the rights-holder is not against the rules of this forum.

However, I have also made it clear that people are only to upload content to be hosted at Amaz0ns that they themselves are the rights-holder to, or that they have explicit permission from the right-holder to post.

I'm glad you're trying to be conscientious, though.  The internet puts all of us on the honor system as far as copyrights go.  I know I've downloaded things I shouldn't have.  I'm sure all of you have, as well.  But at some point we all have to make a decision whether we want to be pirates or whether we want to be fair to people who are investing their own time and money in creating content.

I know that it doesnt have anything to do with video, but
there is a certain individual on this board namely Elfo_br who
constantly pirates content Digital Amazons, Awefilms, mine,
and some others. Steve from awefilms several times contacted
his hosting services which cancelled his website. And hes
there again and again, "SELLING" my stuff that is free on
my website, and selling others stuff, that's from paysites
without authorisation… That's a major copyright law crime.

I'm aware of him.  He has a userid but has never logged in.

In the past I have found his posts before on other message boards and alerted the content owners he pirates.
