Participantyou know I read that D C went after a toy magazine because it used the same figures the same way.
shows how selective DC is when it comes up the first Amendment back by big money.

and Raspberry to DCWell, first and foremost: Adult Swim is NOT big money. Like, at all. Even with their big titles (like Venture Bros, Metalocalypse, and Robot Chicken).
Second, they’re all owned by Warner Brothers :p
Third, that may not have had their approval. This clearly does.August 20, 2012 at 4:06 pm #109589Zespara Alathar

and Raspberry to DCI remember that toy magazine, Ashley. I believe that it was Toy Collector but don’t quote me on that. The magazine had comic strips using the action figures from DC and Marvel. It was hilariously written!
Figures that they would sue them over something they do on Cartoon Network all the time.
