Just wondering if anyone has read this book, I thought it was a good read, that man is a beast lol I found it interesting how he believes in alot of Reps (10-15) with Heavy Poundage, his training does go against alot of professional bbs but I guess that is why he is an 8 time Mr Olympia right đ
I started his training regimen about 2 weeks ago and it is not easy, but I do get great pumps and my muscles do feel very fatigued at the end of my workout đ
