It seems that some of you are lapsing in terms of the rules.
I's have just deleted Mr. Melon's post on Kegals because it was irrelevent. The cannibalism subject shall be next to go.
And so will all other topics that do not portain to weight lifting or bodybuilding excercises.
I's am also stopping the use of so-called "vanity posts", where people merely brag about there gains and do not contribute any real advice to their training or the training of others but are merely fishing for complements. People have blogs and Live Journals for such posts, so use them! Progress posts that actually contain vitial training inform shall be allowed on a case by case basis.
All else shall be removed.
Understood?
Peace
