Hi there all I was wondering about Sandy Riddell. I saw a few pics of her on the net and I know that she is a firefighter and placed 2nd in Ms Olympia and that was it does she have any websites or contact info I would like to tell her in how great she looks LOL I know I know all fo this coming from a girl who admires the muscular female body. LOL and no I am not a lesbian or anything but I do admire them for what they do and can achive. I would like to achive that someday soon I mean not to be as big as they are but come close to it if I can
Well, she was a firefighter 20 years ago. I'd be surprised if she was still doing that.

You definitely have good taste! I bought the 1991 Ms Olympia historic DVD, mainly to see Bev Francis in her prime, but it turned out that Sandy Riddell was defintely the standout of the competition for me. Absolutely huge with beautiful and well defined muscular shapes all over.
Like Lingster said, she's probably retired from both bodybuilding and firefighting by now, but who knows, Lenda Murray and Juliette Bergman were from the same era and they had recent comebacks. It's weird, lawn bowls and bodybuilding must be the only sports women in their fifties can still compete in.
It's cool that you find these women inspiring. Unfortunately, too few of them ever hang out around here, but a few up and coming competitors like Gina Davis, Britt Miller and Cindy Phillips regularly post at the Unreal Muscle forum. If you're not shy, I'm sure one the talented artists here would be more than happy to morph or draw a buffed up version of yourself to help get you inspired.

Or Melissa Dettwiller, Ms Machine and Heather Pedigo, who seem to be the ones who post the most at Unreal . . . 😉
But true, we've had Sarah Dunlap and Kim Birtch make their presences known here, if only for brief sprints, but I suspect far more of them visit in a lurking mode, if only to keep tabs on the fanbase.
