I beg to differ.  I think that just an affect of the photos being taken off of screen caps.  Plus the soap opera channel has pretty bad quality overall.  Since, its all old reruns. 

In the other photos you can see the same affect and on other people body parts there the same effect and there no morphing there.  I think it just a low qualtity screen picture/video cpature. 

The pattern of the background noise is distorted near her bicep. Its more or less constant in that blackish BG, but it 'liquify' when reaches her arm. This usually happens when someone is a beginner morpher, and works on the same layer all the time. In this case the morpher modified not only the bicep, but the background too…

I just watched Wednesday’s CSI episode, CSI on Fire, a couple hours ago (I DVR my weekday stuff to watch on the weekend) and for the life of me I cannot remember her being in it.
