    WOW I've always been a fan of Sarah, ever since her very early days… but recently she has become very serious in her training and it shows, she has sculpted herself an amazing and massive physique which turns me into jelly every time she posts new material, an amazing woman with amazing muscles who deserves our support…well that's my opinion anyway.

    Cool – thanks for the pics, man!  She's looking beautiful (and working very hard too!)  It's interesting seeing her doing gymnastics.  I wonder how she's experienced going from what I assume is a gymnastics background into heavy weightlifting…

    Just wanted to give you all an update that Sarah will be competing at the IFBB Charlotte Pro the weekend of October 1st and you are going to see a better Sarah than you've ever seen before.
