I’m having flashbacks of Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk.
”I’m having flashbacks of Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk.”
I could live with that

Yeah, but what was promoted as the fight of all fights, was just 6 issues of smartty banter and intense dialogue with just 6 pages of actual action, granted one amazing double page spread, but that’s it. All tease no substance.
Going off topic, would anyone feel bad if Betty became She-hulk in the MCU? Not Red She-hulk, just She-hulk.
Going off topic, the title for this series is dull.
Im just shocked no one has posted the variant for Issue 3.
I hadn’t seen it BK, thanks for posting it! I hope her muscles end up that huge in the comic. Have yet to see big green make her appearance.

Great googily moogily.
Marvel should’ve placed the old “Savage She-Hulk “title back on this new series since the writer is taking Jen in the direction of being the angry rampaging Hulk version.
YES! !00% agreed. Just naming it “hulk” is lazy and uncreative.
For those of you still tuning in.
Issue #3 Do you think She-Hulk makes a cameo?
NO!!!!!!
No, it’s the same as issue 2. Jen still trying to come to terms with the fact that Bruce is dead. Hell Cat makes a cameo and there’s constant teases of Jen getting angry, but she never loses her shit. At this point, I feel like this comic series is going to get cancelled before we see an actual She-Hulk show up.
Artwork is still great, kind of has an anime quality to it, but damn is it a slooooow burn. I don’t mind a story about PTSD, but if they’re going to do something like this, you gotta make it f-ing work! It’s so repetitive with how much Jen is constantly trying to convince herself everything is OK without any real challenges to the status quo.
She keeps getting into minor incidents that honestly wouldn’t have any chance of setting off her Hulk bomb, so the comic never gets intense, it just meanders and skirts around the issue that we want to see Hulk. This is a terrible start to a new series, not just for the lack of She-Hulk, but for the simple fact that it’s trying to say something in the most clumsy way possible.
So if you want to see Hulk, skip Issue 3.
