    Whoo hoo I can see it now!

    I think if the tussle just started She-Hulk is going to end up realizing that Rogue is going to start absorbing her strength.  After all when Rogue does touch someone with her skin the absorption doesn't usually happen instantly but rather gradually.

    It is through skin contact, but it's quite instant.  The longer she touches, the more she gets.  Gambit snuck a kiss one time and he was instantly knocked out and she couldn't touch objects because she'd make them explode my accident for a while.

    Here's the Artist's explanation:

    Ya' see, Rogue can only absorbed any energy you're born with, mutant,human, etc., now the Jade lady kind of got this gamma radiation thing happening which mutated her cells, THEY WILL NOT BE MOVED! But it still causes terrible migranes to SH touching her because of the fact that Rogues body is simply trying to do what it does, draw energy.
    So while touching skin SH's DNA is in protective mode, so though she's still strong, her hormones are off, things are happening inside her thats making her headache like a SOB but she wont lose strength!
    There, thats from the Artist….now, how would Marvels she-hulk handle this, I don't know, don't care, Greg Nichols' She-hulk gets naked, kicks ass,curses and has never heard of Howard the Duck!

    Nope, that's not true.

    Rogue has absorbed Juggernauts powers, which are magical in nature.
