Simpsons Comics #60: Clobber Girl

    I stumbled across this a few days ago, but chose to wait until I actually had it to mention it here. The back-up story in Simpsons Comics#60 stars the dynamic duo of Stretch Dude and, of course, the powerfully-built Clobber Girl. The story's pretty short, but in some shots, CG looks absolutely huge. Of course, don't expect "Strong Arms of the Ma"-level detail, though. (If I had a scanner, I'd scan it.)

    Anyway, the issue itself isn't available by itself anymore, but it's part of a collection titled Simpsons Comics Barn Burner.

    Y'know, it now occurs to me that tales and images of the future of the SD&CG universe would be fairly interesting stuff around here. 😉

    I recall a comic with them on the cover im not sure if this was the back of the issue since i just looked and didnt see cb on the cover

    Yeah what is it… exactly?  looks like the first issue of their own comic

    It's designed to look like one, but it isn't. It's a cover image for the back-up story, which is pretty much written like an old (Golden/Silver Age) comic book, Simpsons-style.
