Sims 3 World Adventures

    Does anyone have this expansion yet, and if so does it have better sliders for creating muscular women or at least bigger breasts?  Those ads they threw out before the releas of Sims 3 showed big boobs and I think it showed some more muscular women than currently featured in the game.  There has been some speculation as to whether the expansion would change this or not.
