Regulars, we know their names. Caitlin Fairchild, She-Hulk, Power-Girl, and Wonder Woman.
Which of them would you consider your favorite of all the superheroes who routinely get the FMG treatment?

No surprise with me, She-Hulk hands down ;D – and with Powergirl in the second position slot. 8)
I would add three more, Thundra and She-Dragon
– and tho she's not typically portrayed as such, but SHOULD BE, Valkyrie. 😮“I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.”

Don't forget Rampage either.

It was almost two years ago now, but after Dan Slott had Jennifer Walters figure out that working out in her human form would bulk up her She-Hulk body, that was definitely the best result of an FMG.
The best unmentioned FMG, so far, was Ann O'Brien's in "Monkeyman and O'Brien." It occurs over the course of a few weeks, recapped in O'Brien's narration. First she's struggling to put on shoes that she keeps outgrowing, making her realize she's "growing faster than a teenager!" Then there's a montage of O'Brien swimming, lifting weights, running, adding more mass and height in each panel. At the end of the sequence she's 7 feet tall and massive, and smirking as she flexes her muscles. Totally perfect sequence.

Well of late PG is certainly sporting a pretty potient looking femuscular build in the recently relauched Justice Society of America – and I think there's some scans from it here on Amaz0ns.

Not FMG as is usually defined, but PG's been depicted as buff on a fairly regular basis for a while now.

Ever since I read that storyline, I've been having flashes in my head of someone* asking "What if Jen was a professional bodybuilder?"
* It's usually either Jen asking the Watcheror someone asking She-Hulk (with a rather comical expression when she pictures it in her mind).

Which popular superheroine who is popularly depicted by FMG artists and the like as getting the FMG treatment do you like the most?
That should be a little bit clearer 🙂
I know Wonder Woman hasn't gotten that much press for getting FMG'ed… but she totally should! She is an amazon, you know.

March 1, 2007 at 3:29 am #47921Silent OneParticipantI bought the MonkeyMan and O'Brien hot off the comic shop shelf when it was new. There was one shot comic that collected a series of shorter appearances from Dark Horse presents along with some new material to tie it to the upcoming series that was slated for release. I remember flipping through it and then practically tripping over myself in the rush to buy the thing. Real live FMG in a comic, whee! Another O'Brien appearance of note would be the crossover with Gen 13 that Art Adams himself drew. She was probably at the peak of her size that she was ever drawn in. There was another mini appearance I believe in DH presents where she grew to MEGA GTS size but it turned out to be a dream sequence. Still, it was quite an enjoyable dream sequence. I know that was floating around the web at one time because that was the first place I ever saw it. Good luck finding them, they're nice little gems of FMG/Amazonia and it was fun comic.
