Ok… I've done some more poking around. I've got a bit of a storyline going now. And I suppose most of the stuff here on this forum (and website, really) is FMG, not really what I'm doing… but I hope some of you enjoy it anyways.

Nice stuff!
Two notes, Faces and eye lines. I don't know how DAZ Studio is at this or if you have any of the face morphs for V4, but if there is some way to show what your characters are thinking or feeling, that would do a lot for your story. Then, make sure they are looking at each other or at the element of most interest in each shot. Also, eye rotation effects how the lids and brows move. Where your character's faces are pointed at their clenched hands. especially in panel 7, is where eye contact would effect the eye lids and brows and will help sell the shot. So many details. Oy.
You're doing great work here so keep at it.

While many of us do really like FMG, it is not the only thing we like.  This is also right up our alley!  The general renders are actually really good, but as you acknowledge, there is room for improvement.  Watch out for hair poke-thru and you will want to make sure that you actually have nipples on your girls.  Also, don't be afraid to take several days to develop a particular scene.  The best renders I know of I'm sure did not happen over night.  Those are some starting points.  Feel free to ask me also for any more advice.

I jsut want to take a moment to say how rare this place is. Where we can be this open about this aspect of ourselves. I mean, I look at how you guys interact with Mimi, for instance, and it's absolutely gentlemanly, and very friendly, and yet it's about this topic that would get me labelled a pervert and freak if I were open about it.

I've been lucky enough that my ex-gf tried hard to get into it with me, and my current gf isn't into it at all but she helps me anyways, flexes for me, wrestles me and stuff. I notice another thread somewhere in this forum about how it's not going to work out if the girl can't accept it whole-heartedly, or something along those lines. I'm thinking rather sadly that it's kinda true.

Anyways back to the topic, before it gets derailed by me.

I have *no clue* how to see to those things that you all mentioned! I have been poking around, and maybe it's because I'm using just the free version, but I can do zilch about:

1) the facial expressions (these are SO important)
2) the nipples
3) the hair positioning

I know Poser is generally recognized as the better program for this sort of thing, but back in 2005/6 I missed the period where there was a free download of the whole program, by like 1 week. Damn darn darnit.

If anyone can help, specfically with Daz 2.3, I would be most appreciative, and I can do more on here too.
