    "SpongeBob SquarePants – Karate Island", This show was already aird on the 12th of Friday but will be back on Sunday, 14 May 2006 at 9:30am on Nick.  SpongeBob vies to be crowned King of Karate but loosing by a great karate master untill Sandy Cheeks comes along and helps in one act she squears off the master by starting to buffed up with lots of muscle mass. FMG action but then she goes back to noarml size but still want the screen grab or maybe the videp clip.

    thx for the heads up, now you could wait until tmrrw but you can also be impatient like me 😀 and go to nick.com and use that turbo nick thing and watch the whole episode right now

    you dont play an rar file, it works like a zip and you should be able to open it with most unzipping programs.

    Well, Idon't know what rar means, but I will try to find that clip on youtube, zippyvideos, putfile, yahoo grou… oh geez… I need a beer!  😛

    Atari boy, thanks for the screencaps, this is better than an actual video clip as I can see how they go about animating the muscle growth.

    You need to open a .rar file with WinAce.
