    I think Finn’s, the black stormtrooper, back story is he’s pretty much has a similar background to Luke growing up, however Luke was supposed to join the imperial academy but never did because of the events of a New Hope, however Finn does but becomes disillusioned with the empire after like witnessing a massacre of civilians or something.

    It’s now called the “Star Wars Legends” line.

    So anything pertaining to those will fall under that.

    Luke is a recluse , and gives his found original light saber to either his daughter or niece .
    Han is still an Asshole and now a fossil himself.
    Stealing back his ship
    chances are Leia is turned to the dark side.

    Look, I like the Legend universe but I don’t think we should expect to see much of it in the new movies or “divine” plots based on a few images.
    We see Luke alone with R2. He could be a recluse or he could be just camping.
    An alien is giving Luke’s old LS to a woman. It could be Rey, it could be a young Leia or anybody else.
    Han and Chewie are inside something that looks like the Millenium Falcon pointing a gun, but why assume he’s stealing it?
    We don’t see Leia on the teasers (at least her face), the only darksider we see is Kylo Ren, so why think she is going dark?
    I’m not being confrontational, I just think we are reading too much with too little information.
