KeymasterAll registered users can now submit stories to the archive.
For the moment I have FMG, GTS and BE growth listed as categories. I'd like input regarding others to add.
There are rules to submissions:
- This is a moderated archive, which means that all stories have to be checked before they're published.
- Because editing is time consuming, writers are expected to self-edit or find someone else to edit their stories prior to submission.
- For right now, all stories must be submitted in English. This may change at a later date.
These are the grounds for rejection of stories that I've thought of at this time:
- More than three spelling errors.
- Failure to write in sentences or paragraphs.
- Failure to properly use upper- and lower-case letters.
- Poor grammar or flow.
- Plagiarism or lack of attribution for other writers' work
Any person can post a story to the forum and plenty of people will see it. The archive is for quality stories only. There's not going to be any "Wow Jenny your muscles sure are gettin bigger they must be 45 inch aroun now huh yeah Bobby their real big now" stories. If you don't know the difference between "your" and "you're" or "their", "they're" and "there", do not submit a story.
I recommend that writers use a word processor with a spell-check feature, and then save the story as a plaintext document. Writers can upload each chapter as a plaintext file, or they can manually cut and paste stories using another entry feature.
Writers need to create a story on the system, save it, and then they can begin adding chapters. Click on "Submit Fiction" under the User menu to begin this process.
Let me know if you have any questions. I am going to be a hardass about rejecting stories that aren't up to snuff, but I think we can still have a lot of fun with this.

ParticipantI have a feeling the biggest problem won't be discerning, for most of these people, "Their" from "They're", but other, more difficult things. Like "head" and "ass".
I'm sorry, blame the cough medicine. I had to post something.

GuestWhere did all the other stories that were posted in shegrew.com go?

KeymasterThey're still there, on the story boards. That's an inefficient way to access them – I want them categorized and keyword tagged, chapterized and itemized. I also want the qualiity to be high – which means that only the ones that meet certain standards will be published in the archive.
