I found a back picture of one attractive FBB. I didn’t think I could ID her with just one picture and nothing else to go on. I think she might be Asian, but that was all the clue I had.

I used Google’s reverse image search and found 3 Korean sites with identical image. One of them have a couple pictures. One of the picture is this one.

I was not sure they are the same person, but they do look alike. Maybe 80% probability?
Let’s assume they are the same person. The sign in her hand says NABBA/WFF Toned Figure. Her sash says 2019!
Let’s look at clues we have so far. She might be Korean and competed in 2019 NABBA Toned Figure and won first place.
I then googled 2019 NABBA Toned Figure. I found many images, one of them is an Asian woman who does not look like her from Saradas.org. They usually have lots information there. I went over there anyway and saw some competition photos and some of them look like her.

When I image search those pictures I found a Korean website and in it is the name 가효운. With that I found her instagram page and verified it was her.
Whole process took me less than an hour.

I used Google’s reverse image search

Google’s Image search was crippled by the company years ago. I no longer recall what prompted them to do it, but they intentionally removed multiple features that were very useful, most significantly, actual photo recognition. Now it just tries to identify a category and posts recent popular images for that category.

The 2 search engines that still do actual photo recognition are TinEye and Yandex. In my experience, Yandex is now the best at doing photo recognition.

It’s not down to probability. It’s 100% certain.

The starting photo has multiple features that can easily be matched to the 2nd photo:
1. The thin white lines in her hair.
2. The specific ornate decorations in her posing suit.
3. The gold bracelet on her left wrist. (In this case the wrist is the same, but some photos get reversed like a mirror.)
4. The black nail polish on short nails. (If her nails were longer that would throw it off.)
5. The purple horizontal light over people’s heads along the back wall.
6. This is the most important… the 440 contestant number on her hip. (She appears to have repositioned it from rear right hip to front left hip, but the number matches and the other details match.)

I then googled 2019 NABBA Toned Figure. I found many images

Since you have her contestant number (440), and since she won within the top 3 for her category, you could’ve also looked for a contestant results list or articles that name the top ranking contestants for that contest.
