Depend on the movie I guess. Hollywood never cared who they cast. They can cast an anorexic actress in the lead role beating up everyone.
If you want proof look at women in MMA. Most are not very muscular but can beat up men twice their size. And they still don’t look like Taylor Swift.

Well, actually, yep, too much muscle indeed. Totally creates visual dissonance. SG has to be more of a lightweight, nimble and fast silhouette. Not to say she shouldn’t have any muscle at all. It’s just IMO she’d have to look more like a fitness competitor, not full-fledged bodybuilder.
