    Also it might be a result of This Kara not meeting OR nor influenced by Diane Lane’s Martha Kent who said to her alien son& I quote,..”This world owes you nothing!”
    A DARK&GRITTY film is fine by me BUT void of zer0 hope from the classic inspiring mother figure
    {looking at you BvsS:DoJ} is just as bad as
    this empty sugar-coated candy of a tv show that offers up no real substance

    As expected. Could be worse though, they could had cast Taylor Swift.

    At least Taylor Swift makes news for being nice to people. I mean if you’re going to miscast someone at least do it for a good person.

    Yeah, while I still think there was maybe some padding in her shoulders for the pilot, it’s definitely all muscle now.

    She looks good. I don’t know if the studio will encourage her to keep at it, but at least she has some mass where it counts.

    Indeed she may be a good incarnation of Supergirl, a thin and fit young woman. Good choice for her to work out a little and get these round shoulders.

    IDK if any of you have been watching the show, but I am enjoying it. And I like the fact that they ‘enhance’ the suit to give her some musculature. She looks fit, but the shoulder pads make her look more impressive in the suit. Given the popularity of the show, I hope this will open the door for us to see Powergirl in the future.
