Only just learnt of this, so massive apologies if a) it's on ITV2 because it was already on ITV and b) you miss it because you have 30 mins notice.

As far as I can tell though, it will be up on the ITV catch up service on their site which is available HERE

ITV is in the UK if there are any people wondering.

Heres a synopsis:

"Documentary exploring the lives of some of the world's strongest people, revealing the extreme lifestyles they follow to gain such powerful physiques. The programme meets the world's strongest couple, who are expecting a child together, and meets a man who unleashes an alter-ego named `Thug' to accomplish feats of incredible power."

Might end up being a bit rubbish.

EDIT: Oh apparently its a repeat…I personally did not see it first time round anyway…I avoid ITV…
