November 22, 2007 at 6:56 am #63475iceman75ParticipantYup, I'm watching it too, I wonder if all female bodybuilders are like that, judging their own bodies harshly while thinking others are better than them in every respect? It's sort of a turn off to tell you the truth, even with all that muscle.

I think the fact that Joanna can't even juggle looking moderately attractive and still being at the top of her game is even more of a turn off.
I mean really, I LIKE muscles on girls, and just…:

Unfortunate but true. She has a great body, beautiful muscle structure and all, but I actually found her more attractive in that old movie showing her at her first BB contest.
Steroids will do terrible things to a woman, the skin, the jaw, the voice… I mean, my wife walked in when I was watching and the first thing she said was: "Who's that guy?'.
😮
Sad really…
November 23, 2007 at 3:32 pm #63478buffbdyfitParticipantMy ex is a bodybuilder and when I watched it it brought back some bad memories of what it was like to be with her, The body I liked and going to the gym together but the web site stuff not to mention when they get into muscle worship when schmoes pay them to live out their fantasys. It ruined among other things are relationship. My Girl friend now is just a regular woman who loves to workout to stay in shape. but I still support womens bodybuilding and think that its an awesome look !

Did you notice her wistful comment about looking beautiful at the time of her first contest? She seems sad that the steroids have changed her, but driven to continue by her desire for success. When I saw it serialised on YouTube, I found it overwhelmingly sad. :'(

For pure grossed outedness, he's a poster child for why playing around with enhancement drugs is no good for male or female bodybuilders.

I saw a YouTube interview with him and was left shaking my head in amazement at his propensity to get himself into trouble. I've said before that I love FBBs (some) but not the process of BBing – for a start I would like to see all BBing events (mens or womens) properly drug-tested.
