I simply told her at the end of class "wow it looks like you have some muscles on your arm there!"

she smiled and did an arm flex ….

see people its all about being good to your fellow human being….

now its cool i get to watch her work out and I am also working out

nahh…it's all about being confident and about NOT being embarrassed about being a fan of muscular women, not only does it make them feel good and encourages them, it also shows everyone around you that women with muscles are sexy and attractive!!!
