Tende Freeze is about this guy that has a ability to amplify other peoples gifts. His mother loves fitness, so he ampled her quite a bit. Only wish they manga was translated to danish or english, it's so far only 4 volumes.

Interesting concept.  It kinda reminds me of an old FMG story I read ages ago about a guy that could do the same thing, though I think it was only muscle he could amplify.  Not sure, as it was about 5 years ago.  Maybe it involved a genie?

I do believe that I remember the same story!  I loved that story.  Great descriptions on growth.  He could not only change the muscle size, but he also changed the location of the spots on his dog.  😉

I'm not sure about the dog's spots but the Mighty One himself penned a tale entitled "Will's Power" in which an artifact of some sort gives him the power to alter the musculature of anyone.  In fact, he does alter the breast size of a girl.  He could see all the vectors and statistics of a person's body structure, I believe.  I'm just trying to remember this from memory (which sometimes isn't the greatest  :-P) so I may be wrong on what story you're thinking of.

Actually, the more I thought about it, the more I realized there are probably about a bazillion FMG stories that have that exact same premise.  So everybody is probably right.
