    Hey Dave, not to sound pushy, but you got a lot of fans waiting for the continuing story of "Fight, Mighty Muscle Girl". What's happening?  ???

    I assume life got in the way. Or he got bored. Or.. someone bought the rights to Tetsuko. Really, I have no idea. Why I'm replying is sheer mystery.

    You know that whenever he produces something at long last, it's great.  That's been his track record, right?

    Well… I'm sure if it's taking THIS much time to get it right, then it's gonna be a LOLLAPALOOZA when we see it.

    Don't feel bad.  We're all waiting for that greatness.

    Anyone for Tetsuko or Dyna fanfics in the meantime? 🙂

    Is it ever difficult to write a fanfic about a character that hasn't been what I'd personally consider deeply developed by it's owner?
    I mean surely there's things you need to add that would change the character slightly, possibly in a way the original owner didn't intend?

    Guess I should update the update blog even when there's no new artwork to post.

    Actually what's happened is that I've been "reminded" that there are a couple of commissions of loooong standing that I have to get finished…

    …plus I starting writing (and Joel is finishing up) a "short film" version of Last Ride of the Valkyrie; we may have a line on financing a short (45 -60 minute) version that might help raise interest (and further funding) for the feature-length version…

    …plus we're getting into the summer season at my job – longer hours, heat and humidity, very little energy at the end of the night for drawing (or much else).

    No, I'm not getting bored with Tetsuko! And here's proof!
