    Thanks for the link, grosum.  This is one example of a common situation – I can think of several British bird species where the male is ornately plumed and the female relatively drab (not the same situation as the antelope, but similar in the sense of gender roles being flipped).  Also, male seahorses famously carry the young and give birth.  Gender is actually a more nebulous concept than us humans would like to think. ::)
