If you’ve got Amazon Prime, The Boys features a couple super-strong ladies. One of them is Starlight, played by Erin Moriarty. Moriarty is a skinny little thing but they’ve got the character doing things like working out by punching through walls and pressing the front end of a car overhead, for reps.

And in the same concept of skinny pettite ladies doing feats of strength, there is Popclaw on episode 3. I haven’t checked the actress’ name.
I watched the entire season and I loved it.
However, Starlight doing feats of strength is only in the first episode.
Popclaw popping someone during sex is the second.
There are no others besides that. And obviously no muscle either.
It’s still a fun show but I wouldn’t go in expecting more feats of strength than what was already shown.
