ParticipantI've been researching the natural supplement Tribulus which claims to help naturally increase hormone production within the body, does anyone have any good or bad experiences with this supplement? 😉

ParticipantMy stomach was apparently too sensitive to handle it. I ended up throwing it out.

AlexGKeymasterInteresting, and here I've had no problems stomach-wise with using it. 8)
Been stacking it along with ZMA and creatine (ethyl ester, in cap form). I do notice a marked increase in strength when I'm on it as apposed to when I'm not. Typical use is for about six to eight wks, then off for a month.
Also, it seems to have a mild fat-burning effect, I certainly perspire more while its active.

ParticipantHey Alex, have you gained any more mass at all since starting Tribulus or do you find yourself losing weight and getting shredded? thanks for your input 🙂

AlexGKeymasterI've noticed some subtle increases in size, while at the same time not losing the definition that I gained this past year. Can't really say about the weight factor, I rarely weigh myself, going instead by using visual feedback in a mirror or picture snapshot.

ParticipantOverall hormone production? It can't be, right? Because wouldn't that stimulate extra production of adrenaline, insulin, ADH etc (might explain why you'd sweat more or fell a 'fat-burning' effect with a metabolic rate increase)? Also I imagine it'd be mostly usefull in men as they make more testosterone than oestrogen?

Participant🙂 basically this type of supplement claims to "help" maximize what is already present within the body, like many other supplements claim to do 🙂

ParticipantHmm. But still, maximising all hormoes can't be very good for you..
