There was this beer commercial from the late '80s, probably a light beer, where said commercial featured a muscular gal working out with weights and other men & women involved in sports. There was some generic song playing where "Pump it up" was heard a few times. I think it was Coors Light but am not 100% sure. I used to have it on tape but accidentally erased it. Tried looking for it on YouTube to no avail. Does this sound familiar to any of the older members?

Could it be this one with Lori Bowen

The Lori Bowen one was with Rodney Dangerfield where Lori picks him up with the stool that he was sitting on.  It was a nice commercial for Lite Beer from Miller.  Most of the ads were very inventive during that time period.

But what you stated earlier, Delmo, sounds familiar.  There were a bunch of people lifting weights in the gym.  I can't recall which product it was off the top of my head.  ???

No, it wasn't that one. The gal working her biceps was not Lori Bowen.
