Lactose intolerance is fairly common. If you are drinking alot of it, don't drink any for awhile (? a few months – and sadly that includes ice cream). After that you MAY be able to start drinking it again IN LIMITED QUANTITIES (that's how it worked for me).
Also, most grocery stores stock "Lactaid" or something similar (A lactose reduced milk). But still, you should stop drinking it completely for awhile to let you system "reset."
