update on progress

    sorry it's been so long. i have spent the last few months bulking and training like a fiend. I've updated my blog and added a link there to my silly flexing videos.

    Any feedback?

    I am looking forward to about another month of super intense training and great nutrition. My bodyfat is hovering around 20 percent or so at 160 (i'm 5 ft 8) , and my goal is to be at around 150/155 of solidness (with some boob left). Ultimately, I'd like 15 inch biceps, so I am working very hard on both compound heavy/static contraction for smaller parts.

    I did find the videos interesting, particularly #1. I guess it was the neat muscle control…

    Might I suggest moving somewhat back as to show more of your physic.

    #4 might be the best yet. Thank you for uploading it. Even though I believe this is the current best which might be due to how close you were to the camera, maybe move somewhat back from the camera as to increase the field of view.
