FlashForward is gonna get canceled, the ratings have tanked on it.
Too bad, that.
But then, the same thing happened to Threshold.

This Stargate Universe thing is crap. Let’s take the worst elements of Star Trek Voyager, Battlesetar Galactica and Stargate and throw them into one convenient show with boring two dimensional characters, wow what a great idea!!!! :X
Thank you for confirming that I’m not the only one to think so. B)
SGU = Dreck x2 :angry:
It has one thing going for it, Ming Na, the best Chun Li there’s been. And who I’ve had the hots for since the movie Joy Luck Club. π

Too bad her character is written as a two dimensional generic angry control freak that happens to be lesbian because that shows diversity and plays such a prominent role in her character development……ya know…if there WAS character development… :pinch:
She was hot as Chun Li though π

Well, it also has Lt. Boobs, who takes to wearing tight shirts occasionally. But not often enough for me to be a regular viewer. It is a sad day when a show is so terrible that not even a good pair of large boobs will get me to watch.
Does Chuck count as sci-fi? Because that’s been a good show that’s always fun to watch.

Really – and what about the alt-history series Kings?

I’d say as a spy sub-genre like The Wild Wild West, it qualifies as sci-fantasy. B)

ParticipantI read some news stories today about a rogue satellite that supposedly had its brain fried by a solar flare. They are worried it could move into another orbit and hijack the signal of other satellites.
One of the stories said it handled TV signal of cable stations. One of the stations it relayed? SyFy.
I’m betting it wasn’t a solar flare but its onboard computer committed hari-kiri after having bounced a few of SyFy’s movies. π

ParticipantAnd poor Sean Patrick Flannery, its really sad that his peak was his first major role, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
young people who are around the millennial age group would heartily disagree
