Hello all, A while back I started a thread for people to talk about what kind of outfit or type of clothes you would most like to see a woman wear and grow out of destroying it in the process. Now I'm here to do the opposite, which is to ask:
[glow=red,2,300]What is the least nice, most unsexy thing, or all around boring thing that you don't want to see a woman grow out of?[/glow]
I know what your thinking, he lost it, as any thing grown out of is nice, but come on now, have you not all read a story or seen a pic and said that the clothes she was wearing when she grew were just bad. Maybe they weren't sexy, or maybe she was wearing so little to begin with that the clothes tearing happened too quick. Either way I want to know your opinions.
And to show a sign of good faith, I'll go first.
Sweats. I just don't like it when a woman grows out of a pair of sweat pants or a sweat shirt, and I know there are a lot of stories where this does occur. I have nothing against them or there writers, I just find sweats sort of blah, and on top of that they are usually baggy, so your don't really tell she is growing for a while, as being so loose they don't show any signs right away. Now I know the ladies are saying they're comfortable, which I agree. They just don't have the same impact though. Plus they usually don't cost a lot, so you don't get that reaction of ruining something expensive or priceless.
As far as foot wear goes, flip flops. They are too skimpy and too loose. All they have is one band or strap that before it even showed the slightest strain would snap. No build up of suspense with those. Next would be sandals, not the strappy fancy kind, heeled kind, but the really cheap flat ones that have only one usually bulky strap. The kind you might wear in a dorm shower to keep your feet from touching the nasty floor.
Thats just my opinion though, and I may be wrong, after all it has happened before.
So thats it for me, tell me what you think now people.
_M.PS: Also the thread for what you like best is still open, so look for it and tell me what you like there. Who knows, it may very well end up in one of my future stories.

It's hard to imagine and real rippage going on when the girl is already wearing shorts and t-shirts, the point of growth for me is for long sleeved clothes to turn INTO t-shirts and shorts.
It is much harder to do growth rippage with those articles of clothing, even though DCM pretty much did a great job with Tetsuko, I would have preferred long sleeve or pants.
Platform shoes too bulky
A mumu (nuff said)
Pajama night gown, sure they're sexy by themselves but they're pretty boring when it comes to rippage.
Skirts, they are also harder to do a decent rip with, though accompanied with stockings it sometimes works.
Sweaters, they're like sweat shirts or hoodies. Hard to tell when the actually growth happens!
And finally, dresses that show a lot of skin. Defeats the purpose of ripping when there's clothes missing from the get up.

I may agree with you on the shorts, especially really short ones.
I will disagree however on the skirts issue, I find imagining those legs getting longer under that skirt or dress as it rises and hugs those sexy thighs nice, but I will agree that with nylons or tights the growth is easier to visualize.
This is good, the debate is now on. Lets keep it clean people.
And remember the thread for what you like best is still open, so feel free to go visit there as well. I can't wait to hear some ladies opinions on all of this.

Bottoms: Sweat pants, running shorts, gym shorts.
Shoes/Footwear/Hosiery: Soccer slides, knee high lace up boots with heels, SOCKS (when she's wearing JUST socks. ugh hate it), Birkenstock clogs (vomitewwwgrossfrigginhipstercrap), skate shoes and friggin' CHUCK TAYLORS. CHUCK TAYLORS ARE SO UNLADYLIKE. THERE SHOULD BE A NATIONAL LAW BANNING WOMEN FROM WEARING THEM.
Magnus, you know what I DON'T like.

I notice that many FMG stories seem to feature a plain, mousy, frumpy girl who by some means is suddenly transformed into tall, muscular, sexy goddesshood; and many of the clothing items already mentioned (sweats, etc.) would unfortunately be typical of what a (pre-FMG) woman who doesn't consider herself sexy would wear. (Unless I'm missing something; FMG isn't a large factor in my own tastes.)

Well, living in Florida, Tetsuko is pretty much a T-shirt-and-shorts girl whenever the weather and occasion allow; but I figured that there'd be readers who wanted to see more clothes being ripped than Tetsuko was wearing. That's the main reason why I had Sonya dressed in the slacks and long-sleeved top in the alternate story. And people seemed to respond well to that…

I don't know. I think growing out of gym shorts is kinda hot. I know I look good when I wear mine to the gym.

Unless you're a girl, I don't think anyone wants to know.

Yes I am female. I am a field medic in the US Air Force, which requires me to stay in shape.
