While the title saids it all, I'm just wondering what problem you can get into when doing a site, group or forum.

A site has some posibilites, but would have to find a server that lets you do stuff, like adult work and need to find and use the right programs for what you need.

When opening a forum, some of the same things pop to mind, except you should have more people to keep an eye on what goes on, because it could be draining and frustating being alone. Then there are lurkers, that either want more without giving or just rant because they don't seem to have anything better to do.

A group, like on Yahoo group, could remind like a message board and site, but it can have allot of spam problems, Lurkers like on a messageboard and I don't know if this still is true, but yahoo groups getting closed down left to right.

I guessing there isn't much to do about some of the unpleasent things, but any suggestions or other warnings?

As an ex posted now lurker, don't worry about them. even my old Yahoo groups are still standing and I haven't posted anything there for years.

On the other side f things. The most important thing to do is research. Make sure the domain registar(sp) is a good one and will look after your interests, the same with the site host.
I'm now on my second host in 3 years after putting up with absolute shit for 3 years I'm making the jump.

Ask around and don't forget google is your friend.
Finding adult friendly hosts isn't easy for a small outlay. Especially if you get hit hard by people going to your site.

Best of luck Red and keep your eye on the fine print.
