I’ve been wondering this for a while now. When you try to Advertise Erotic Sites, does the country you target really make that big of a difference, or is it more about the creatives and landing pages?
At first, I thought traffic is traffic. I didn’t pay much attention to geo targeting and just went broad. That turned out to be a bit of a mistake. I was getting clicks, but conversions were all over the place, and the cost didn’t really match the results. It felt like I was spending without learning much.
After that, I started testing specific regions. What I noticed pretty quickly is that some countries are way more responsive to this kind of content. Tier 1 countries like the US, UK, and Canada brought decent quality traffic, but they were expensive. On the other hand, countries in parts of Europe and Latin America gave me cheaper clicks and surprisingly better engagement in some cases.
I came across this list while researching how to Advertise Erotic Sites, and it helped me rethink my approach. Instead of chasing only high paying regions, I started mixing them with mid tier countries. That balance actually worked better for my budget.
One thing I also learned is that behavior varies a lot. Some audiences click more but don’t convert, while others are slower to click but convert better. So just looking at CPC isn’t enough.
If you’re testing this space, I’d say don’t stick to just one or two countries. Try a mix, track properly, and give each region a bit of time before judging. It’s not always obvious at the start, but patterns do show up if you’re patient.
