Nothing wrong with a bit of bounce on a beefy woman. It does add the feminine dynamic in characters. Power Girl is a prime example.

I place my vote for "bewbs"! Keeps that nurturing aspect which is part of the whole dynamic twist of a very muscular woman,no? Oh and every request I get for art always ends with…"and really huge bewbs"…lol. Why do I always laugh when I spell that/bewbs? Every time….

I voted for the "bewbs" because most drawings doing pecs tend to look like the artist was doing muscular boobs.  They should co-exist nicely.  Zebodoy does a great job with it.

Pecs are good, yes, but like others have said, pecs vs. breasts is largely what defines the perception of "male torso" vs. "female torso".

So, yeah, definitely breasts.  Bare pecs without any bosom is a "man chest" no matter what color of bikini you put on it.

Well, another way to differentiate between man and woman is nipple radius.  Even when muscular women have little in the way of natural "boobs", most still have nipple radii much bigger than you would see on a topless male. 

So if I draw a muscle babe without sizeable boobs (rare), and they are topless, the female is emphasized with larger nipple radius.  I know it's not always the case that a woman has huge nipples, but it helps differentiate.  If they are wearing a top, then there are many other options to select from to emphasize femininity.
