Let us not forget that the great one herself, Cory Everson was in quite a lot of films and TV series at one time.

Yeah, she was great in Hercules, but that was a long time ago, unfortunately.
It's not all doom and gloom, though. Check out this pic of 22 year old actress Vanessa Lengies!

Who is she?! She's a hottie – look at the cute, confident expression on her face as she's flexing there! It really looks like she gets a kick out of showing-off her arms, and, though she's not very buff compared to many of the maidens of femuscle on here, for an actress, that's serious buffness!

Wasn't she in that 'American Dreams' tv show? She also played a gymnast in "Stick It".

Agreed. That scene made my night. đ

August 4, 2007 at 8:31 pm #56990GrandmasterParticipantAny muscle fan should know about Leslie Segar. She's no celebrity, but damn near a hip-hop icon known (and widely admired) for her muscularity and gymnastic feats, having performed in close to fifty R&B and rap music videos and TV appearances* from the Nineties (this was real dancing, not merely "video girl" glamour posing and grinding). She went on to host Rap City on pre-Viacom BET where she became even better known for her sparkling personality and congeniality. Dancing on tour with music artists, she was known as one of the few performers with the cardiovascular stamina to perform long sets. This image is from a 2003-4 men's magazine, KING. In her earliest appearances (before the hosting gig took off), she maintained the physical conditioning of a natural bodybuilder and had me alternately cursing or staring slack-jawed at the TV for a good seven years. Even today she's nothing to sneeze at. Her cropped word balloon says it all for me…

August 5, 2007 at 1:57 am #56992AlexGKeymasterAnother you might want to add to your athletic-looking acting fems list would be Rachel Luttrell who plays Teyla Emmagan on Stargate Atlantis . . . and is probably the central reason I'm still watching the program. đ ;D 8)

Only. Reason. Ever.
