"Strange Days" (w/ Ralph Fiennes) or "How Stella Got Her Groove Back", are fair examples with showings of her buffed bod.
Also, AlexG…don't forget about the "Tina Turner Story"…when Angela was on that, she was in wonderful, muscular condition. Unfortunately, she too has submitted to Hollywood's "Deflated Muscle" Syndrome. :'( And it's a cryin' shame.

ParticipantAnother you might want to add to your athletic-looking acting fems list would be Rachel Luttrell who plays Teyla Emmagan on Stargate Atlantis . . . and is probably the central reason I'm still watching the program. 😉 ;D 8)
Mmmm, thanks Alex – she's rather luscious… 😮 8)
Now, at risk of angering the sci-fi fans on here, (please be gentle – I am a site superhero after all now ::) ;D :-[) I looked-up Ms Luttrell and found this:
http://www.thescifiworld.net/interviews/rachel_luttrell_03.htm
which must be the nerdiest interview ever. For Pete's sake, you're interviewing a hot, buff actress – I agree that to ask loads of questions about her physique would be rude and misogynistic, but some of the questions they asked were so nerdy that I wouldn't have blamed her if she'd started flirting with the interviewer in order to stop him asking what she thought of the interaction between her character and so-and-so in series whatever, episode doo-dah when she says xyz to him. ::) This is why those whose only conversations are on such special interest topics EVEN WHEN THEY'RE NOT CHATTING WITH FELLOW FANS OF WHATEVERITIS, but just with a normal person drive me mad. >:(

AlexGKeymasterAnother of soft-buff-upedness and again from Stargate, this time SG-1, would be Jacqueline Samuda who played the evil Go'auld Nirrti.
Seems they're going to bring her back from the dead in the upcoming Stargate: Continuum movie in '08.
Also, there was the Amazonian Jaffa episode(s), more then a few of the background extras were on the buffed-up side.
