I had an idea about that! It was called Moonchasers!

The galactic tyrant, Jupiter 33rd, has stolen the Earth’s moon and replaced it with a giant ticking bomb. Diana is the captain of Earth’s last remaining warship. She must venture across the galaxy to reclaim the Moon, along with its colonists. Diana’s own sister, Donna, is among them. Among the ship’s crew are first mate, Steve Trevor, navigator Etta Candy, and featuring the voice of Brad Pitt as the ship’s computer. But while they search the galaxy the giant time bomb slowly ticks away to zero.

Moonchasters! If they don’t reclaim the Moon the Earth will DIE!

I should have mentioned this in my post, 😉
that this season (the last) of Regular Show [in Space],
features a buffed tough girl character – Toothpick Sally – as a part of the cast.
