Use this link instead: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1270798/
I guesstimate that it is a 10 pound bar with a 10 pound and 5 pound weight on either side making it a 40 pound bench. However if the weights are 25 pound and 15 pound on either side, it would be a 90 pound bench.
Since she has her legs up the way she does, that would make the lifts more difficult (or so I was once told by a bodybuilder).
Also she is using a wooden frame piece of furniture. Strong enough for her and the barbell, but not advisable.

Did you really think James Garner and Tommy Lee Jones were benching that much weight in the movie “Space Cowboys” for their “We might be old, but we’re still tough-enough” scene.
BTW – one of the funniest scenes in the movie, too.

You misunderstand. I was saying that I already know about fake weights. Clearly the weights are fake, they drop the barbell on her from several feet in the air. That’s dangerous. The weight is either fake, or computer generated.
I could have pointed it out but for anyone who either somehow does not know, or just wants to fantasize with minimal opposition they may prefer it not being said.
Just poo all over the party why don’t’cha??
